Mike Sullivan is a prominent American football coach who currently works for the Pittsburgh Steelers as a senior offensive assistant in the National Football League (NFL). From 2004 to 2009 Mike worked for the New York Giants as the wide receivers coach and from 2010 to 2011 as the quarterbacks coach, and from 2012 to 2013 for the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the offensive coordinator.

Mike worked as the quarterbacks coach for the Giants, where his coaching was cited as a major reason for Eli Manning's success in his early seasons. Mike was the main reason behind Eli Manning's historic season in 2010. In 2011 Mike remained on the staff working as the quarterbacks coach, coaching Eli Manning to perhaps his greatest season. Under Sullivan's guidance, Mike was named Super Bowl MVP.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hired Mike on February 10, 2012, to serve as offensive coordinator. NFL.com announced on December 31, 2012 that Mike would be interviewing for the head coaching role with the Chicago Bears following the firing of Lovie Smith. After two unsuccessful seasons, Mike along with the rest of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers staff were fired on December 30, 2013.
The Giants rehired Mike on December 31, 2014, to serve as quarterbacks coach while reuniting with former team and quarterback Eli Manning. Mike replaced Danny Langsdorf who left to take a job at Nebraska as the offensive coordinator.
Mike was elevated to serve as offensive coordinator on January 14, 2016, with the departure of previous Giants head coach Tom Coughlin and the hiring of Ben McAdoo, the previous offensive coordinator. Mike was named the quarterbacks coach of the Denver Broncos on January 4, 2018, taking over for Klint Kubiak as the interim QB coach. Mike was not retained by Vic Fangio, the newly hired coach after the Broncos' season ended.
The Steelers hired Mike on February 4, 2021, to work as quarterbacks coach. Mike was assigned to work as the team's starting linebacker for the remainder of the season after Matt Canada, the offensive coordinator, was fired on November 21, 2023.
